I have a dumb question?

I'm 36 weeks 6 days and baby is very low! When I move I feels like I pulled some muscles in and around my vaginas. Does this mean she is getting ready to come or does this just happen to everyone? I'm a FTM and have been under a lot of stress due to my mom just passing my doctor said she is surprised I have lasted this long. I'm just starting to get really nervous and have nobody else to ask.
