Ttc since 3 months...bleeding on 13 dpo

We are TTC since 3 months. I had few preg symptoms this time and I am hoping that I'll get Bfp. Now I am 12 dpo. Saw a two drops of pink spots on 11 dpo and a dark red spots today. I have stomach cramps as well. Do you I'll be pg this time? Is this ib?
