39+3 & being out & about?

Question

I'm going crazy being in this house. 
I'm 39+3 & need to get out. I live in a small town & everything is 30 min. away. Things like Target, Ikea....the places I enjoy to waste time at. More restaurants as well. Including the hospital, ugh. So at least if I went into labor I'd be closer, right?! That's how I sell it to my husband, lol! He says we can do whatever I want but I am a bit nervous....
The question: is it crazy of me to drive that far to go walk around Target this far along?

I'm restricted from driving and not allowed to walk alone (fainting issues) and going stir crazy. DH makes sure to take me out to the store every night... or go Pokémon hunting. Dorky I know but keeps him occupied while I waddle around.

Just take your hospital bag with you. Just incase. But walking is good for you, when baby comes you will probably not be going out much. So go out now.

Go do it! I'm due on Friday and in the same living situation and that's what I've been doing to get some walking in.
