letting go..
I've been quiet for the last couple of weeks because not much has happened in my life to post about. I'm 38 weeks pregnant, due in 11 days and I must say that I'm anxious and my emotions are everywhere... as well as my thoughts.
I know I definitely did the right thing leaving my husband , flying to the UK to be with my family etc. I just keep letting my mind wonder at all these what ifs and it upsets me how I won't be the family I wanted to be and somehow I can't shift the feeling. It is really getting me down and sometimes angers me how such a stupid man , who I still stupidly love , didn't see how good I was to him and took me for granted and is happily moving on already while I'm carrying his child.
How do I let go?
