my husband caught me

My period started. I told my husband in a nonchalant manner and we went along with our morning. The second he left for work I sat down and started crying. 5 minutes later he is back in the front door because he forgot his work badge and there I am a red faced puffy eyed crying mess. I try to not let him know how much TTC stresses me out because i don't want him to feel that way either. Why is TTC so difficult. Been TTC for 8 months with a MC.
