Need advice

I have been feeling sick with stomach cramps lightheaded and dizzy. I am not pregnant, it's been 3 months since I have had sex. I have gotten my period every month since then and tested multiple times. Does anyone know why I would be feeling this way? Also get night sweats. But mostly stomach cramping like in the intestines.
