help maybe pregnant again

I recently had a baby two months ago I've had my first period. It was normal as before but now tht it's do for this month it hasn't come. We did have unprotected sex about the time I should have ovulated.All I've been feeling is cramping and fatigue... I've also notice my bf has been sleeping a lot more than normal, and my feelings towards him has changed like it was when I was pregnant with my baby boy. Could I be pregnant again and so soon?
