I was 13 days late for my period but never got a a positive test I was going to go get blood work done today because I was convinced I was pregnant but with low hcg levels when what appeared to be aunt flow showed up.. but AF's cramps have been horrible cramps all day and it's been clotty all day like this... could I have miscarried very early on or is this just AF?
