active moms help!
I am 15 weeks pregnant and can't seem to have enough energy to workout. On top of it I am having a hard time feeling motivated. I was very active before pregnancy. I ran marathons and was a yoga instructor. After a few miscarriages and having to have Laparoscopic surgery and becoming pregnant right after, I haven't been the same. Is there any thing you use for fuel(supplements, superfoods,etc) ?
