Pregnancy Workouts
I'm currently looking into pregnancy work out videos on YouTube. I've come across Tracy Andersons pregnancy project where she's developed a new workout for each month of pregnancy (She's pregnant during this which is kind of nice). I think I might give it a shot. Definitely not planning on gaining more than the recommended amount which is like 25 to 35 pounds.
Anyone else find or know of any pregnancy related workouts? What are you planning on doing?
