diet advice
I have been trying to get in shape forever but could never follow through with it because once I have lost 2 pounds I tend to gain it back after 1 day and I always get disappointed and discouraged in myself. I have a lot of revolutions to do this year but my major one is to losing weight. I weigh 300 lbs trying to lose 100 pounds at the end of this year and then another 100 pounds for 2018. But the thing is I am never satisfied of what I eat and when I eat weather it's at home or out and about out. I never get up in time for breakfast plus eating breakfast makes me sick to my stomach. I have set my alarm for noon Monday-Friday to get up. Do you have any advice for eating healthy and exercising and keeping the weight off? Would greatly appreciate your advice.
