Financial help?

This is random. I am trying to figure out some type of plan. Me and my husband are trying for a house and a new car, we rent and only have one shitty car and is living with his brother so the bills are split. I am a sahm and living off one income and we have a 3 month old. I am sick of struggling this damn bad. We can literally get a house, we just need to save some money. Our credit is great we just suck at saving. Some ideas??? 😢😢😢

We live in Georgia and split bills with my brother in law. Light/water is generally $200-$400 so half that. I just estimated. Rent and internet is half also. I know it's more expensive in other areas, that's why I don't understand how were struggling so bad. Maybe we just can't stop spending money on bull crap things. Lol.
