Cheers to the New Year! 🥂

I've never posted on here, but felt the need! My 2016 ended with what felt like a train wreck. I was hours from losing my father a few days before Christmas, my love life had began to spiral down, and my faith in myself was turning to what felt like failure. I've always been religious, yet rejected God's hand. This year, I'm determined to open my hand to God's, letting him help me when I need it. I'm going to value family more, for you never know what could happen in the blink of an eye. I'm going to believe in miracles and believe in fighting demons (with what I watched my dad face.) I'm going to study my way through another semester knowing that I'm one step closer to becoming a teacher. And I am going to let love take its course by not stressing over the small things, but letting adventures and life happen. I hope you all have amazing goals and plans for 2017 in making it the best year for yourself!
