39 weeks and 2days been having contractions for about 2 hours now that are irregular for the most part sometimes there 4 mins apart then there 8 but the pain is really bad. Not like any Braxton hicks I've ever had. Also had sex before they started and had quite a bit of bloody mucusy show. Lost some of my plug few days ago. Could this be real labor?
