I need some advice

My boyfriend had an accident last night. The bed wetting kind. We've been together for nearly a year and he's done this twice and almost a third but he managed to catch himself and get to the bathroom. He's a hard sleeper but for some reason I don't think that's the only reason he's having this problem. It's super embarrassing for him and it try to tell him it doesn't bother me (I grew up with lots of babies, pee and poop don't bother me anymore lol) but I wanna help him fix this. Anyone else had this issue? Any suggestions as to what it is and how to fix it or at least help?
