help!! Cramps are killing me!

Have any of you ended up going to the ER or doctor because of cramps? If so what did they do or tell you? I'm in so much pain right now that I'm thinking about going in. They are so bad that I've cried and they've woken me up several times during the night and morning. Already drank a tea and took a pill and a hot bath. I don't really know what else to do at this point 😭
