Paleo...?

What do you think about paleo? Good idea? Has it worked for anybody here?

In my opinion I think it's best to combine aspects of paleo with vegetarianism. Basically cutting meat and processed junk food. And trimming down dairy intake helps a lot. All of that will help you lose some weight, get better skin, have more energy, and in general just being more happy 💚💕

They need to choose another name in my opinion and stop advertising as historically accurate, in my opinion.

The diet basically just excludes processed foods and is high in fat. Good luck with that diet in rerual areas, or with some budgets if you're going all-in.

Veganism is better in my opinion. 
Eat all you want as long as you're eating whole, plant based foods and you will always be satisfied. I'll never go back to eating anything else.

I love meat so it worked for me a lost so much weight so quickly and easily.

I did paleo for several months before my wedding. I actually really enjoyed doing it, lost ten pounds in the first two weeks but then it gets more difficult to lose weight unless you're also exercising enough (which I didn't). I only stopped because it became very expensive to maintain but am thinking of doing it again because I my body just felt better.
