Hip Pain

Hi! 😊 I am currently about 5 weeks. My wife and I conceived via IUI with our doctor. This will be our second child. With our first I don't remember having really any symptoms at all but a missed period until around 10-12 weeks. My breast are killing me. But the reason for my post, my hips are hurting so bad! I normally sleep on my left side. It hurts so bad to lay on my sides, even sitting in the car to long makes them start hurting. Not just the left hip but both of them. Any other mama experience this? What did you do for them?
