nap and feeding times
Hey ladies
What are your nap time, feeding and day overall roughly look like for a 5 month old?
Right now my little guy is in this routine and gets fussy when it's off.
Awake at 6am
6-8 feed wake and play
8am- 45 minute nap
9-1045 wake eat then play
11am- quick 20 minute nap
1130-130 eat and play
130- hour nap
230-430- play and eat
430: 20 minute nap
5-615 play
615-630- solid foods
630-7 bath or book
7 bedtime bottle
730 asleep
