Whos baby fights sleep?

Do you babies really fight sleep? My lo has had bad reflux and colic since birht she strted catnapping at 6 weeks old. Im lucky to get 3x naps of 30min but heres the thing i spend 30min to 1 hr getting her down. I have tried everything to putting her down earlier then later, burping her, checking her nappy, to hot to cold. I seriosuly cld bang my head agaibst a wall. Im so over it. Shes nearly 6months now. Shes probably the hardest unsettled baby ive come accross. Shes just started reflux medication im hoping it fixes everything!
