Period 10 days late, negative preg test what to do?

I am just so disappointed, tired, anxious .. Everything is up in the air .. AF is now 10 days late .. Had to cancel my dental surgery because even though i told them that i keep getting negatives on preg test, they wont do the surgery until i know for sure i'm not pregnant and that'll only be confirmed if i go to the doc or AF shows up .. :( what should i do next?
