but now i'm dating this one guys and i sucked his dick for the first time yesterday and my throat started hurting again and i checked it and i have white bumps in the back of my throat again. why does this lee hapeneing?

You really need to go get checked for herpes. It will only show positive if you have an outbreak like you have now. It may also be not following your medicine through. But really go get checked.

One mistake might be not following the medication all the way through even if you feel better. My mom wasn't taking it as well as she should've and it came back two more times. Other than that, you may be unlucky and have be exposed to it again. Strep is a pain, take care of yourself (:
