On the road to quit smoking!!

Need some words of encouragement!! Been trying to quit for years, finally got a vape pen with no nicotine in it, just something to puff on till I can completely be done with cigarettes. I haven't had one today,but only taking a day at a time... plus my hubby is also trying to quit so a little more stressful. Any advice or tips??
