No period aftee MC

It's been almost a month to the day of my miscarriage & i still haven't gotten a period ... I only bled for 4days .. Me and hubby have had sex every other day since i stopped bleeding (i heard you can be really fertile after) i had blood work done & my levels were back to zero on the 8th of this month.. Could i have gotten pregnant again? I have no symptoms of AF showing just a lower back ache, random waves of nausea , sooo tired lately & weird on & off cramping around my left ovaries. . .
