I'm losing faith in life.

After a whole complicated relationship, recently the boy I had loved sent me a snapchat of him and another girl in bed together. This snap came four days after we had sex and I'm crushed. I've always been one for advocating empowerment of girls and women but I can't get over this feeling that nothing's gonna get better. My mind has gone to some pretty dark places. The only thing keeping me together is my pride, I think, or my studies. I don't know what to do anymore.
