Disagreement

I've been dating my boyfriend for just a few months now but we've been talking about the future.. Such as moving in together, our goals, career choices, getting married and so on. But my issue with the whole moving in idea is that he wants one of his friends to move in also. In my opinion when I get married and want to start a family, I don't want our friends living with us. I want to have a family, have my own privacy, be able to feel comfortable in my own house and not feel like his friend is going to take away spending time together. This is already an issue between is already but I don't speak up about it so much anymore. I just don't know what to think about the situation....
