pregnant or what?

I'm now ten days late but I keep getting negative pregnancy tests.... I've been taking a combination birth control for almost five years now and have never missed a period ever.... I also just got married almost three weeks ago and am just wondering what could be going on.... I have most of the symptoms for early pregnancy....
