Has anyone on here used Baby+co birth centers?

They are opening a brand new baby+co in Knoxville, TN USA where I live. I have heard wonderful things about birth centers and midwives and had started being seen at one with my last pregnancy that sadly ended in a miscarriage. They were the only one in our city and they are merging with the new one being built. Disclaimer I have very healthy pregnancies and moderately uncomplicated labours so a birth center birth is what I am interested in.

I was going to deliver at one here in NC. I decided against it because one my insurance wouldn't cover it and I'm a FTM and was really nervous and wanted access to stronger pain management. The facility is lovely though and the midwives were great. They are very involved in the community and often have get togethers.

The two clinics are merging to one and will be the only birth center within 30 miles of me. They invited me to a personal tour and a welcome party so I thought that was nice.
