when do I start my birth control?

I was given one of those lil packets for one month of pills. Problem is: I wasn't told when to start them. I'm currently on my 19/28 day of my cycle. It starts on a Sunday if that helps.

Read your pamphlet. It tells you this.

Its your choice you can start it now , next sunday or on the first sunday after the start if your period. Doesnt matter when its the first pack. Some girls choose to start it first sunday after beginning of next period to not avoid messing up the natural cycle but frankly it usually has little impact.
