VBA2C anyone know about this?

So I had my first natural perfectly well, and we'll my 2nd son was breach so after dilating 7 cm they had to do an emergency Csection. When I got pregnant with my 3rd son I tried to do a vbac and my doctor would not allow it, I tried to avoid the c-section but my midwife kept saying after 1 is csection the rest are. I dilated 6 cm with my 3rd son when I got to the hospital she then insisted that no I would not have that option. Well now I'm pregnant with my 4rth my daughter and I really want to do a vbac anyone know any info on what I can do? My body can do this but the doctors here Suck!!
