No one to talk to

So since I've been ttc my partner and I decided that we wouldn't tell anyone until maybe 3 months after we conceive. I sorta get it but it also means I have no one to talk to about things and I just have to keep playing a role of not being too fond of the idea of kids but really I obviously love the idea of having 1 of my own... I think friends can tell I want one but it's hard to not talk to them about it.
