Poop issue
So this might be a little weird to talk about but I just want someone to help me out.
I been recovering from the flu for a week now. I've gotten a lot better but today I've been having this odd smell from my poop. It almost smells like iron or a weird kind of fuel. My stomach has also been hurting a bit since yesterday but nothing big, and around 6pm today I started to get suuuuuper sleepy. Any ideas on whats going on ?
