Nursing pads

Does anyone else feel like they already need to buy nursing pads? I feel like 27 weeks is too soon for it but my boobs will start to irritate me so much the only thing that makes them feel better is squeezing them and a ton of liquid comes out when I finally do. While I'm at work I try to descreatly do it but there's no hiding what comes out. Just wanting to know if anyone else is on the same boat I thought this would come more towards the end of the pregnancy closer to labor. Not at the end of the second trimester 🙄
