confused help 😭

Christmas and my birthday fall like two weeks apart and for Christmas my boyfriend didn't get me anything like okay not a problem I don't expect gifts on Christmas usually I got him a nice light up keyboard he absolutely loves it and now for my birthday he isn't getting me anything either? It is my 19th birthday so it's not really a big leap in life kinda birthday but i dont know... he asked me last month what I wanted for Christmas and stuff but never even made N effort in getting anything am I over reacting? We didn't even have donating incounters on Christmas even Christmas or New Years at all...
