Therapy
I've been having some relationship and emotional issues recently and I feel very lonely like I can't talk about it with anyone. My closest friend is usually pretty good about listening to me but I feel like I've been bothering her a lot lately with my crap. I don't really feel comfortable talking about it with my family because they tend to not be helpful/are judgmental. I've been posting about some of my issues anyonymously on eve but no one answers. I just really need someone to talk to who can offer support/good advice. Should I try therapy?
