Need some input before I pull my hair out

Anybody want to share their experience or success stories with HMG injections? I did my first month using them and had amazing follicles on cd 11 and ovulated cd 14. I am currently on 12 dpo and tested this morning with a bfn :( . I go in tomorrow for a blood test bc I have been having on/off dull cramping for the last 3 days. No spotting tho. Please share your input if you have done this kind of treatment
