First ultrasound, should I be worried? 9 weeks

Question

Everything with baby looked great. Measuring exactly how far along I thought and heartbeat was 180.

My concern is they said they see a mass on one of my ovaries! They aren't having me follow up with ultrasound until my 20 weeks which is still 11 weeks away so that makes me think that they aren't worried but how can I just ignore?? My report said "probable right ovarian cyst and ovarian mass" I also have a cyst on the left that they say is where I ovulated. Another part of the report also says "the right ovary has an anechotic, septated appearing cyst. This may represent a hemmorhagic ovarian cyst vs. an ovarian neoplasm. The right ovary also contains a heterogeneous mass. This is of unknown etiology."

Please any insight would be great!!

Corpus luteum cyst. When a follicle releases its egg, the ruptured follicle begins producing large quantities of estrogen and progesterone for conception. This follicle is now called the corpus luteum. Sometimes, however, the escape opening of the egg seals off and fluid accumulates inside the follicle, causing the corpus luteum to expand into a cyst.

The fertility drug clomiphene (Clomid, Serophene), which is used to induce ovulation, increases the risk of a corpus luteum cyst developing after ovulation. These cysts don't prevent or threaten a resulting pregnancy.

Functional cysts are usually harmless, rarely cause pain, and often disappear on their own within two or three menstrual cycles.

I just read an article on this and I wish I remembered where it was. I was googling ovary pain because where my ovaries were sore (I just figured I had to many ultrasounds in a week?) anyways it said basically that women can get ovary cysts while pregnant and it's totally normal. They can burst though and that can cause pain. I wish I could remember more but if your drs aren't concerned I think you are fine :)
