is it normal?

So I've got tonsillitis. I have a fever and an absolute vile taste in my mouth constantly (tonsils have puss on them). I have a headache and I'm constantly being sick. Like constantly. I can't keep anything down at all, I'm on my 2nd day of antibiotics and no change. It's making me weak and drowsy , I can't even keep juice down.. Is this normal or should I ring emergency doctors
