possible GD
For those who have felt with GD or are currently dealing with it what changes have you made to your eating? I already limit sugar intake, breads, pastas, all the really good stuff. I'm still iffy with meat. Meat still makes me sick so I've been working on increasing my intake of other protein sources but I'm not positive if I'm getting wnough or eating the right ones. Just some tips and pointers would be really nice. My follow dr appointment is next week a couple days after my MFM appointment at 20 weeks.
