Opinions On Wearing Bras?

I haven't worn bras for over half a year. Although I am part of the itty bitty titty committee, so not wearing one isn't that big of a deal to me. In the summer months, I do wear sports bras our because of the fact that I wear tank tops a lot, but still occasionally go bra less. I know some girls have to for exercise and what not, bit what's your opinion on wearing one? Do you think it's better for your breasts or worse?
