I dreamt about my ex

Last night I dreamt about my ex, he's been my ex from 7 years ago and from this day he still stalks me and is crazy obsessed. I dreamt we had a baby together but that he took my baby away from me and I just woke up tripping out because that is a weird dream, anyway I told my boyfriend about it and he got crazy upset and told me "don't be dreaming that shit" as if I could control it. Maybe I shouldn't have told him but I also can't control what I dream. I just thought it was so weird that I thought I'd share it with him but it back fired. Idk if I'm over reacting or he is..
