What does this mean?

I have had small amounts of breast milk showing up this past week. I have twins but have not breast feed them since they were 4 months old. They are now 20 months.

I am unsure what this could mean.

I have been with my husband during fertility days, but I have ten days left in my cycle before aunt flo. I was curious and took a home test way too early. The results were negative. Please help me to decide what this could be. I would appreciate kind comments only please. Thanks for reading.
