Birth Control Help

So, recently I went to visit some family across the country. Having so much fun, I forgot to take my birth control for a few days and BAM! blood. Guess I should've guessed right?

I did what I would usually do if I missed doses, but here's my problem. I left my bc there. On the final week before my normal period week. They are sending it back to me, but what will happen? I have some spotting rn, but not a normal period of mine. Will my normal period still happen at the time it was supposed to? Will it last longer, or not happen at all? What do I do when I get the bc back? Do I take them like usual or replace them?
