what do I do now?

I'm 12 days late for af. It was due December 25th, and on the 23rd I was spotting through the 26th and then it completely stopped. Nothing has happened since. At 7 days late I had my blood drawn at a lab that i work at and it was negative. Still no af. I'm not sure what I need to do now.  I'm nauseated all the time, tired, I'm crampy (have been for the last week).
