Stopped birth control, three days late
About six weeks ago I thought I was pregnant (while on birth control for 4 years). Had symptoms like morning sickness. Couldn't hold anything down. Went straight to the bathroom when I wake up even if I didn't eat dinner the night before. I took two tests they were negative.
I googled and it said some BC forces your body to abort the baby by forcing a period. Didn't think much of it bc it's google. Then a good friend said the same thing. So my husband told me to stop taking BC. Then I got my period.
Been off for a month. Usually get my period on Tuesday while I'm on BC during the placebo week. It's Thursday and I still haven't gotten my period. Took a test this morning, again it's negative.
Should I be worry or is it too early? I am unsure how long it takes for BC to wash out of my system.
