God parents

Is anyone having trouble deciding whom they will make the Godmother of their child? I have 2 bestfriends. Both of them I am very close to. The one I was friends with first has a 2 year old boy which is my first god baby, my other bestfriend has no kids but has a 3 year old God daughter of her own. I don't want either of them to feel bad if I choose the other person so I'm torn In between the 2. Any suggestions on how I should make my choice?
