Is it childish to name your baby a name because you don't want anyone else to use it?

I always wanted my daughter to be named Ryan and am having my third and final boy. Is it childish to name him Ryan so that none of my cousins (that I've told and love Ryan for a girl also) will use it with their babies in the future?

Lol it's silly because they can name their future children whatever they'd like... Even if you already have one!

I thought Ryan was always more of a boy's name anyhow! You like it, your having a baby right now, so name him what you want! 
Who cares what they think. Didn't you tell them you like the name originally?
