How to tell my parents I flunked my first semester of college

So I took college classes in high school but they were nothing like actual college. I thought I'd be able to just breeze through my classes and still pass like I did in high school. NO. Not the case. AT ALL. I never studied in high school so that was one problem for me but now I've lost my scholarship because I failed some of my classes. I've already applied for student loans and I have a job so I'll pay for this semester until I can get my scholarships back. I just don't know how to tell my parents. They will be so disappointed and mad. Any suggestions??
