Hi everyone! I was just wondering whether this is abnormal/something to worry about... I am on hormonal birth control pills (tri linyah) and have been for about three years. Normally, my period comes on the exact same day of the pill pack each month, so it's extremely regular. However, this month I mistakenly took two pills the one day. It sounds stupid, I know, but I remembered I needed to take my pill after midnight on a Friday and when I saw my Thursday and Friday pills still in the pack, I mistakenly thought that I was a day behind, so I took two. Immediately I realized my mistake so the next night I didn't take a pill to get back on track. I didn't realize anything was wrong at first but I started bleeding a little bit today, about four days earlier than my period usually comes. It might just be spotting. I assume this is just because of my mix-up, but has anyone else done this before? Should I worry at all? Sorry if this is a silly question. Thanks in advance!
