Ive been on the pill for a year now, took a little break and back on it now for 3 months (on 3rd packet) 
I was just wondering if its ok to let my SO finish inside and not worry about getting pregnant..

There's always a chance of getting pregnant, even with birth control. No contraceptive is 100% effective, unless you abstain from sex completely. I wouldn't recommend doing this

Yes if you have been taking it regularly and on time everyday you should be okay. My boyfriend loves finishing in me and we started like a week after I began birth control. I asked th doctor how long we should wait and he said a weeks would suffice. We've been doing it ever since.

If you take it perfectly, (and I mean literally right on the dot, not just within an hour) then it should be fine. You would have only 1% chance of getting pregnant. I let my bf finish in me and I've been on the pill for 4 months.
